PS3 Bayonetta Patch Now Live In Europe

11The recently revealed Bayonetta update for the PS3 version of the game is now live in Europe. Upon booting up the delectable lass this morning I was greeted with the tell-tale “There is a 1.01 version available” announcement.
The download is 136MB, which isn’t too bad. The real kicker is when you go to actually load it on to your hard-drive. Prepare for the game to take up a mammoth 4.5 GB of space. It’s worth it though, the loading times do appear to be greatly improved.
We’ll be back later with more impressions of how Bayonetta + Patch actually performs. So far the frame-rate looks untouched. But no surprises there.
