PSPgo Price Cut “Imminent”

My PSPgo gets more playtime than my other consoles put together – having all the games you need in the internal memory is a real treat and it’s dead handy for wasting away a few hours on Everybody’s Golf 2 or picking out a quick Minis title like VectorTD for a bathtime blast (don’t try this at home, kids).

However, sales of the console have been relatively poor so we’re not at all surprised to learn that Sony is about to “relaunch” the PSPgo with some new marketing and a reduced price point.  According to Gamervision, a “relaunch” is imminent and will be accompanied with a “marketing blitz” and, apparently, “there’s little doubt a price drop” might feature heavily.

We’re hoping for Kevin Butler.  Go!  Go!
