Microsoft have today revealed a firm date for their building jumping, bullet-fest Crackdown 2, marking it on their calendar for Friday 9th July.
Crackdown 2 hopes to improve on the original by concentrating on the games multiplayer and co-op sections as well as making the quality of the single player experience even bigger and badder than before.
Given that the original was one of the best games around for the Xbox 360 at the time, there really should be a lot to look forward to here. Incidentally the original game was released with a free code for the Halo 3 beta, at the time this was thought of as a way to boost sales of a new IP, however as it turned out, it was actually quite successful in its own right.
