Modern Warfare 2 DLC Priced

53The latest DLC for Modern Warfare 2 has now been priced and it seems that Activison are continuing on their quest to annoy as many people as possible.
So how much will these five maps cost you? 400Ms points? Nope. 800 Ms Points? Nope, wrong again. In fact it will cost you the rather pricey sum of 1200 MS points, which in real money equates to £10.20. Considering that Activison charged £54.99 (RRP) for the game in the first place you have to say that Activision are pushing their luck a bit.
Another point to consider is that Perfect Dark HD launches this week for just 800 MS points, so what would you rather splash the cash for? A newly reworked game or five new maps, two of which make a return from the previous game?
In our opinion this really is a case of a publisher trying to exploit its customers – there really is no other way to put it, these prices are ill considered and are sure to cause a rather nasty backlash.
