Ubisoft have today unleashed the demo for Splinter Cell Conviction on Xbox LIVE, although it seems that those looking to try out the PC version are out of luck.
The demo which weighs in at 1gb, will let you test out one of the Xbox 360′s most sought after exclusives before the game launches for real on the Xbox 360 and PC on April 13 in the US and April 16 in the UK.
Unfortunately those looking for the demo on PC are out of luck though as Ubisoft have confirmed that it will not be making an appearance.
Anyway if you are lucky enough to own a Xbox 360 you may want to go download the demo now. If you do then let us know your thoughts on it right here.

Cool, just logged into Marketplace, tagged it (along with a demo for Perfect Dark), then called the wife to switch on the 360.. Its downloading now. Awesome. :)
BTW, I’ve been F5′ing the marketplace all morning looking for it, but it doesn’t show on the New Arrivals list. Being new to this 360 lark, do they not show up there straight away?

No mate sometimes you have to go searching for them. Xbox usually updates on a Wednesday or Thursday.

Hugely impressive demo, takes a few tries to fully get the gist of things but I think I’m going to like this. A lot.
Might even teach Snake a thing or two ;) if Kojima is watching.
Rats, thats yet more expenditure! Might have to look in the attic soon.
