  1. Will this DLC use the character players use to play through the core game?

    • Should do as all of F3’s dlc allowed you to unless it is set in the past.

  2. Evil MS….

    • More like stupid Bethesda!

      • Meh, you can’t blame them for taking the money that was probably thrown at them until they said yes.

      • lots of money!

  3. This better just be timed exclusive.

    • Seriously. I can’t believe they pulled this exclusive DLC crap again. :/

    • Due to what happened with Fallout 3, it’s safe to assume so.

      • yep, one reason why I won’t bother to buy it yet, just wait for the innevatable GOTY edition (even though it doesn’t deserve it) with all the DLC bundled in, and hopefully fully patched up.

      • Or wait over a year and it will probably be free on PSN+!

  4. FUUUUUUUUUUUUU….

I’ve had it with these exculsive DLCs. It splits the userbase in half and causes the fanboys to be even more annoying. it would be nice if the PS3 got it as well. oh well i will get the GOTY edition. I think it might be a zombie themed DLC. MS didn’t even wait for Fallout New Vegas to be released before buying the exculsive rights to its. sorry if this sounded a bit fanboyish.

    • Didnt Sony announced timed-exclusive DLC for Medal of Honor at E3? i mean, they all do it.

Im also sick of it, although ill be playing this on PC or 360, i learned the lesson from Fallout 3!

  5. About as exclusive as Katie Price’s ladygarden.

  6. PS3 will get it eventually, theres a “Downloadable Content” option in the menu as Fallout 3 GOTY had.

    • If you pre-ordered, then your ‘bonus’ appeared here (such as the Caravan Pack or the Classic Pack, for example). No doubt though, that the PS3 will get it.

      • Unfortunately this is not quite right – All the packs are simply downloaded from the store (i know as i had the classic pack code with my purchase even though i didn’t pre-order). What the Downloadable Content option may do at the moment is simply take you to the store so that you can enter your code. Once the DLC is released (which i have no doubt that it will), it should appear in the DLC section.

  7. not surprised 1 bit bethesda are just being dam right greedy im betting $100m they accepted or more

    • Wouldnt you?

      • would i what ?

I would never accept money just to make my game exclusive to 1 console id rather support my game patch bugs glitches and problems and make my customers happy not shit in my customers mouths and say fuck off to any kind of patch to fix bugs

      • The point is that if someone offered you timed exclusivity (which i have no doubt that it is) for $100m, you would take it, as you effectively get the money for the exclusivity, the money for the downloads on the first platform & then later down the line your revenue stream is continued by further sales on the other platform. It is a business after all & this model would sound attractive to any business that is interested in making money.

      • i still wouldnt take it i wouldnt wanna split my user base my customers would always come 1st not some printed notes thats gonna my userbase and make customers pissed off like bethesda always does your customers and your userbase are always more important

      • I get your point & it is indeed an honourable one (kudos to you – you would own a very nice company), but most businesses know that most people would buy it anyway, no matter how much they moan & gripe about it being exclusive. In this respect, many companies would choose the 3 separated revenue streams, rather than the singular one from all platforms at one time.

  8. To buggy right now for dlc

    • yea but wont be admitting its got bugs let alone patching the game just like fallout 3 thats why i havent bought it

  9. Exclusive till PS3 GOTY edition ;) I don’t mind, since this is a single player game, I’m ok with picking this up in a year time, along with all DLC and few patches ;)

  10. ill wait for the GOTY edition anyway, no way im buying it buggy as it is right now…

    • well the GTOY edition wont be any better every1 thought fallout 3 GTOY would be patched and bug free but it isnt well almost bug free

    • thats what i do now, wait for the GOTY editions of stuff
