Clicking on this link right here will take you to a browser based version of your GT5 online hub.  From it you can access your profile, check through your in-game progress (trophies earned, total distance driven etc etc), edit your settings, check your photo album, and generally marvel in being able to mess about with things away from your PS3.

For those who have friends with copies of GT5, they will appear in a list on the right hand side of the screen.  Clicking on them will take you to their online hub where you can compare stats, trophies, and game progression.

We’ve not fully unearthed everything there is to offer, but why not head there now and check it out.

  2. Is this the precursor to the web browser B-Spec mode?

    • I’ve not managed to see it all; some things seemed to be either locked out, or my net connection was having a strop.

      • I can’t even get logged on at the moment! Have to try tonight from home.

I’m hoping this does expand into the web connected B-Spec mode they were talking about before release. Would love to be able to do this from work, if ever log in!

      • It seems to be running a bit slow. I wonder if we broke it…

      • Yes I’m hoping it is. Playing B-Spec mode at home is so frustrating, as I want to use all my free gaming time to race and can’t sit still, too long, watching S. Leone scrach the bumper every single lap.

  5. Looks rather lovely, can’t wait for them to integrate the b-spec stuff. like that you can write on peoples msg board etc from here. lovely.

    • oooh and you can check gifts – hopefully they’ll integrate being able to send them too, would be a useful feature. marvelous.

  6. Not a bad start. sending a message within the browser to the game is quite a good touch. The log isn’t working yet. I’d like to see what cars I have and cars friends have in any future update so we can possible trade. Maybe later the same with mueseum cards if i ever bother with that.

Add an option to sell cars and buy cars from the browser would also be welcome.
