The EU PS Blog has now listed what we can expect in the Welcome Back package with regards to PlayStation Plus. First of all, all April content will be made available for a further two weeks in case anyone missed anything. Existing Plus subscribers will be getting 60 days free, and everyone else will get 30.

    What’s that one supposed to mean?

    • Basically so long as you were a member on 21st April you are entitled to the extra treats. If your membership had lapsed then you don’t qualify.

  2. Sorry for being cynical but everybody has either got or had Burnout Paradise! But it might just get a few TSA meets for the old girl going again!

    • I thought it was a pleasant surprise.

      • Enjoyed paradise demo, but never took the plunge to buy & glad i didn’t, dloading now:)

      • I haven’t; I could only find it in those disgusting platinum cases, so I bought something else. I’m pretty stoked, so much free stuff! This should be done every year* ;)

        *I really don’t think that, I do really feel for Sony. But still, the free stuff…

    • That’s a bit of a ridiculous statement. Of course not ‘everybody’ has owned Burnout! Plenty of people didn’t so this is great. I am gonna download it even though I have it on disk just cos I like having games on the HDD

      • I havent owned/ played burnout for ps3.

    • I owned it on release day. Returned it the day after. But hey, its free! i wouldnt mind getting in on some meets

    • Well, VGChartz says it’s sold just around 1.7m copies on BD, so even with PSN sales it must be still under 2m. I guess there’s still some room for improvement ;)

  5. There is a mega update for the store on the PS blog. It sounds decentish. We don’t get to keep the games do we?:(

    • Not from the PSN+ offers, not if you do not continue your PSN+, that’s how it works.

      You do get to keep your games from the Welcome Back package though.

  7. If you buy a discounted game, will you keep the game forever? Or will it last until PS+ lasts.

    • Discounted games you get to keep, it’s only freebies that expire when your membership does.

  9. Can anyone inform us which games/content we will be allowed to keep once the free PS+ runs out? I don’t intend on renewing it beyond the free period.

    • Anything that was only free for Plus subscribers will expire when your membership does. Anything that is free to everyone or discounted by plus you get to keep
