The first trailer for ‘Voltron: Defender of the Universe’ has been revealed. For those of a certain age the name might ring a bell, as Voltron was an anime back in the 80s. It featured the Voltron Force, who piloted five mechanical lions and defended us all from King Zarkon.
When the poop hit the fan the lions could join up to form a giant, ass-kicking robot. The game is due out in October for the PSN and Xbox LIVE.

i always wondered about that in shows like this and power rangers.
mind you, i never watched much of this show, i was always more of a battle of the planets fan.
