We were probably a bit early then with the link – it appears that SCEE have just started issuing emails to let people know whether or not they’re in this latest batch of beta access.
If you tried the link this morning and got in then it’s because Sony had opened up access to the LittleBigPlanet Vita beta, but hadn’t yet sent out the email confirmations. Those have now been pushed out, so at least now you’ll know for sure whether or not you have got in.
Odd that the emails weren’t sent this morning when the access was granted, but there you go.

Haven’t played yet, but i’m emailing my wife telling her to delete Gravity Rush demo to make room for it. It’s a trap: I know she’ll love the game and I won’t have to spend a penny when it comes out :p
Although you’re not the first saying that the touch controls rock, that still has me worried.
