Capcom have finally locked down the Western release of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, the HD version that’s aimed at the Wii U. The game will be released here in Europe on the 22nd of March, with the US getting the game a few days earlier.
The game is a beefed up version of the Wii title Monster Hunter 3, and will be on both the Wii U and the Nintendo 3DS. The two versions will be able to speak to each other in the sense that saves can be transferred, although not between different regions.
The Wii U version will support online play.
Nintendo have also let us know that there’ll be a demo, for both the Wii U and 3DS versions, on the 21st of February via the eShop. The demo will feature one Beginner and one Advanced single-player quest, with players picking from 12 weapons as they fight Lagombi and Plesioth.
