As expected, Activision have released a (very) short film, directed by Jon Favreau and featuring Giancarlo Esposito, titled “Law of the Jungle”, for Bungie’s multiplatform title Destiny.

The trailer features the work of visual effects studio Digital Domain and, according to the press release, “gives players a taste of Destiny’s action-packed adventures through a live-action and CG interpretation of the epic game universe.”

The worldwide gameplay reveal for Destiny will be on June 10th, as part of Sony’s PlayStation pre-E3 Press Conference in Los Angeles.

  1. Sci-fi shooters aren’t really my thing, but this has me interested.

  2. Dat Fring makes me rush.

On a serious note, I wonder if Destiny will end up being a sleeper hit, or whether it will fade amongst the backdrop of other games as the next gen draws nearer.

  3. This is looking good. Not sure if half these games I’m seeing for the PS4 are launch titles or not, but if they are, I’m gonna be booking a week off work on the launch date and might even treat myself to a new TV too for good measure.

  4. I’m definitely interested in this. I’ve never played a Halo game but I sure as hell will be playing Destiny when it’s released.
