Life Is Feudal – the medieval multiplayer sandbox – is finally set to leave Steam’s Early Access program next week. To celebrate, developer BitBox Ltd. has launched a new trailer for the ambitious online title starring none other than Sean Bean – everyone’s favourite fantasy punchbag.
The new teaser video, although light on actual gameplay, fleshes out the world in which players will run amok. Times are hard in this medieval landscape – a core theme that is woven into Life Is Feudal’s realistic approach to game design.
Everything within the world you see is crafted by the players who can also terraform the land to create and expand their own settlements. Naturally, player creations are both time and resource intensive though during its time in Early Access the game has been tweaked as the developers attempt to strike a good balance.
Life Is Feudal can be pre-purchased via Steam for £24.99 – double packs are currently listed at a discount price of £39.99. We’ll hopefully jot down some first impressions of the game in the coming weeks.
