The Latest Twelve Deals Of Christmas Is For Skyrim

Sony’s Twelve Deals of Christmas promotion rumbles on and the latest deal, which will be live until midday on Friday, is for the sexed up version of Skyrim on PlayStation 4.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, to give it the full name, has had 42% sliced off the price and is now £22.99 on the PlayStation store, which makes it a quid cheaper than buying it from Amazon. Yes, for once this is cheaper than buying the game on disc!

  1. Ooh, it’s so tempting. But I’ve got 3 stupidly long RPGs on the go at the moment anyway.

    • Well, that was never going to stop me, was it? Sometimes I hate Sony when they make their offers a bit too tempting.

  2. Tempting, but I never got into it on PS3. Got the Ezio trilogy to keep me busy anyway.

  3. It is for once cheaper than Amazon.co.uk, I will give them that.

I have too many games this year and I still don’t feel like revisiting this one.

  4. If there’s one piece of advice I can give, it’s not to play Skyrim after you’ve played The Witcher 3. Loving shit, it’s bad… compared. Even the newly tweaked version. To each their own, don’t get me wrong, but “wow!”. :-\

  5. Ha! I bought it from Game on Sunday for £25
Ah well my HDD is full so probably best I have physical media until I get round to slinging a larger drive in.

    • Still takes up the same room on your HDD regardless of whether you own it digitally or physically, doesn’t it?

      • It’s a lot faster to reinstall it if you have the disk though.
