Call Of Duty: WWII’s Zombie Mode Will Contain Different Types Of Undead Soldier

A new interview has gone up on the PlayStation blog where Sledgehammer Games reveals some new information regarding Call Of Duty: WWII’s Zombie mode. If you’ve seen the trailer then you’ll notice a direction in which the studio is steering, hoping to make the mode a lot more of a horror experience. If you haven’t you can watch it below.

In the interview with the PS Blog it was confirmed that this zombie mode will have different ranks of zombies, as these creatures retain some of their discipline and training from life. Instead of just straight up taking on the zombie horde players will have to be tactical. To help in this there are traps in the environment that can be used to push back the zombies.

The mode will feature upgrades for players with some being temporary while others permanent, though they haven’t been revealed. Instead Sledgehammer has stated that these abilities will fit in with the zombie setting. The mode will retain the four player co-op setting too.

Call Of Duty: WWII releases on November 3rd.
