Warface Goes Into Paid Early Access On PlayStation 4

The Warface name and game have been around for quite some time now, as one of Crytek’s many attempts to crack on market or another half a decade ago. It first released on PC in 2013, and My.com are bringing it to consoles in September, but this is being preceded by an early access period on PlayStation 4 which has kicked off today.

To get access to this team-based shooter, you need to buy one of the Early Access Packs. These are based around the game’s four classes, with a class specific weapon, a bonus golden weapon available until 18th September, a Ghost Squad skin and some premium in-game currency, while the fifth bundle includes all of this in one package.

There’s a lot of multiplayer variety here, with eight PvP modes like Team Deathmatch, Plant the Bomb and Storm, in addition to some PvE modes, and several of the maps in the game are on their second incarnation.
