Sony has filed a trademark for something called PlayStation Move. Yes, Move, as in wave your hands around kinda Move, and thus is almost certainly the ‘real’ name for PlayStation Arc, something that we assumed wouldn’t be the final name when we discovered that Microsoft already had a mouse called Arc mid January.

The trademark covers “game controllers for consumer video game equipment” and extends to batteries, cradles and sticks with pink blobs on the top. Well, you know. So, what do we all think about Move, then? Sounds like a decent description of the name, rolls off the tongue, and doesn’t sound like a biblical boat.
Result, Sony, result.
Tonight might be fun, chaps.
