Sports Active 2 is heading to the Playstation 3 and Wii but not the XBox. The fitness title will arrive with its own motion sensing hardware rather than use the Wii controller or Arc. Arm and Leg sensors will track your movement and monitor you heart rate.
“The launch of EA Sports Active 2.0 will define a new era of interactive fitness with the use of innovative motion sensor peripherals and a heart rate monitor that provide users with a fitness experience delivering real, measurable results,” executive producer Tarrnie Williams stated.
DLC will be available for the PS3 version and a new ‘hub’ will track and monitor your progress. Rumours that your Playstation will follow your every move and sound warning sirens any time you go near a KFC have yet to be confirmed.
