Eagle-eyed Superannuation have spotted a lot of domain names being registered to Activision Publishing.
The subject of these domains is the Call of Duty franchise and they look like they back up long-rumoured news that the series is set to take a trip into the future. Four names have been snapped up so far:
- Advanced Warfare
- Future Warfare
- Secret Warfare
- Space Warfare
With Treyarch, Infinity Ward and Sledgehammer Games all working on the franchise, it wouldn’t come as a big surprise if one of them take on a new Sci-Fi direction; especially when Activision announced that Sledgehammer were taking it into the “action-adventure” genre.
