Fresh out of the organised chaos that is the “SCEE Exclusive Preview Event” at Gamescom, we finally have a release date for the long-awaited Gran Turismo 5 in Europe: November 3rd.
That probably means (although we’re waiting for confirmation) that it’ll be out in the UK on the Friday of the same week, the 5th. It also means that we actually get something the same week as the Americans. Go us! Stay tuned for more from the show!

Except that games release in the UK on Fridays – they release earlier in the week in the US. I don’t see the problem.

he’s probably getting at the point that MM are a UK based games company, yet we don’t get the game first.
With regards to friday releases, i quite like them. In the UK, we do a little thing called work sadly, so getting a new game ready for a relaxing weekend is perfect. As long as its in the same week as the US that is!!
