Prepare to lose all your free time once again, as iDevice and mobile smash hit ‘Angry Birds’ will be heading to the Wii, Xbox LIVE and the PSN “for starters”. Not only that, but a multiplayer element is being worked on that “will be like old school Worms games.”
It will be interesting to see if motion control is an integral part of the console updates, as playing with the Wiimote/Move/Kinect could be a match made in heaven.
Pricing is also a key issue, with the game being 59p on the iPhone and free for Android users. Rovio need to be careful they don’t price themselves out of the market.

This could be awesome, I have Angry Birds on my Android phone and omg, it eats my spare time like nothing else.

Angry birds gets on my tits. Give me ‘cut the rope’, with move support and I’ll be a very happy boy !!

Like old school Worms games makes me excited for this. Angry Birds on the phone is a joy to behold!

I don’t think I could handle this on consoles as well, it already wastes so much time on Android (which, btw just added an extra 45 levels)..

My mrs downloaded this a couple of weeks ago on her android. It is highly addictive. Just one more level… Good points you’ve raised though. It would be an ideal fit for move, and if it’s more than 3 or 4 quid it’s overpriced. Also, they better not make it a mini as i will not buy it.

A mini couldn’t support Move, and I think it would be a big mistake to miss that blatant opportunity.
Tuffcub
It was announced as mini I think.

That’s a shame, the touch interface is what makes the game so addictive I think. If you can ‘count’ the clicks up or down it will be too easy

I checked up there in the related stories and there was an article posted back in August about Angry Birds on the PSN

Not really interested playing it on a tv, it works well as a time killer when there’s nothing else to do (commute), but not once have I played when there are other things to.occupy me.

I would be happy spending a fiver to play Angry Birds with Move support. That would be gaming heaven. :-)

Needs move support. Aiming with the pad would make it too easy to replicate shots.
Move would be most authentic to the idevice original.
I thought this was announced a while ago as a mini though. Hmph.

Flight Control with move is class. hope Angry birds makes the jump as successfully.
