A single player demo for Killzone 3 will launch next month. PlayStation+ subscribers will be able to access the download on February 9th, everyone else can get their paws on the demo a week later (February 16th).
The demo will feature Move and 3D support although, if you choose the 3D option the local split-screen will not be available. The demo will feature the ‘Icy Incursion’ level from mid-way through the game.
Also launching at the start of the month will be the multiplayer open beta – basically the same beta that PlayStation + subscribers have had for a good while.
All very exciting news especially for our beloved Nofi who on the recent TSA Podcast described Killzone 3 as the game he’s most looking forward too. He plays Killzone 2 every day and always joins in the TSA bootcamps, the man is a total animal at Killzone (or not).

Wasn’t too keen on the Killzone 2 multiplayer portion but during the multiplayer beta of Killzone 3, I found myself really enjoying it. Guerilla have changed several aspects to make things smoother, and it pays dividends.

Hell to the yes. Will play the demo twice minimum. Once DS3 and once Move.

Not sure i’ll play it all, don’t want to spoil the campaign.
I’ll just have to play the online beta then :/

@ PoorPaddy89 I just posted this in another section, but, I think you have no reason not to pick it up now…sorry :)
(I know this is a repost before anyone says it)
anyone still having doubts with move and Killzone 3 should watch this video.

this guy always does a great job reviewing Move related games and this video shows absolutely everything you need to know about the controls. :)
looking even more epic now.

@ mad doctor79. Holly crap that move tutorial was awsome, thanks. Guerilla really put alot of work in perfecting the move controls for a FPS. The move + 3d is going to be insane.
