New LEGO Pirates Of The Caribbean Trailer

A new trailer for the LEGO adaptation of Pirates of the Caribbean is now live. It’s a parody of the first movie’s opening sequence, seeing good old Captain Jack Sparrow sailing into town before docking his boat in quite a unique manner.

The game will span all three movies, as well as include levels from the upcoming film ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’.

  1. Somehow I think the humour will be spot on for this game..

  2. Anyone else bored of these lego games?, I Loved the Starwars versions. Also have Batman and Indy but havent touched them. same game different skin, but hey! it sells.

    • Same here. The parody games will never end. Although, hopefully the devs will be able to keep the humour fresh and look to incorporate new ideas every step of the way.

If not, I’ll continue to avoid them.

      • Lol I didnt realise it was you commenting mike, i usually recognise a poster by the avatar. Chucky Egg FTW

      • To be honest, fella, my reply was void of profanity and sexual innuendo so I can see why you might’ve glossed over it.

        Boobies!

    • I have found a new love for them through playing them with my little boy. I don’t like the Harry Potter oness, but the set up in Indy2 is brilliant, love being able to collect everything for each level. Can’t wait for the new one!

  3. LEGO games often have coop modes. Will get this and play it with my gf. She loves the movies and might enjoy this.

    • Same here, it’s about my only avenue of game playing with my missus bar the occasional bit of Singstar.

  4. This could be one of the better LEGO titles. The humour and visual style is always great.

And I’m always compelled to put that extra effort in for completion, not acheived by many games.

  5. Why Can’t he speak :(, Would be great if they could start voice acting in the lego games. This will maybe be the first lego game i buy.

    • It’s the lego style. I haven’t played them all but I don’t think there’s any voice overs in any lego game… but that’s part of their charm.

  6. I’m not a huge fan of the ‘Pirates’ films, but the Lego games are usually fun whilst playing co-op, so I’ll probably pick this up.

  7. Dont really like POTC but i love the Lego games, so im not sure yet. Might wait for the next franchise … Lego:Pokemon

  8. Love the PotC films, I’m sure this will be great fun too! Any word on a release date?
