First L.A. Noire Gameplay Footage

After oohing and aahing at the recent cut-scene footage of L.A. Noire – snippets of scenes showcasing Team Bondi’s sublime motion capturing technology – it’s time to get a look at the game in action.

Presented below, check out the first in-depth gameplay video for a look at how the game employs your “detective skills, intuition and cunning” to “make or break each case.”

Entitled “Orientation”, the motley array of in-game scenes depicting witness interrogation, fisticuffs and the game’s shooting mechanics all suggest another mega-hit on Rockstar’s hands.

  3. It looks nice, looking forward to this, but will they ever better GTA4?

  4. That gameplay trailer has got my attention. Looks great.

  5. Looks interesting, I hope there is not too much walking around and driving from A-B, etc.

  6. It looks like a Rockstar game… whatever this means for each one.

I hope this time that they will not be 1000 collectibles, or stupid completely out of the game’s atmosphere sub-missions, like help a granny past the street for 100 times or shine you shoes daily to be a perfect cop.

  7. This looks fantastic so far. With me liking GTA/RDR, i’m not too fussed if it shares some gameplay characteristics. Love that Aaron Staton (Ken Cosgrove from Mad Men) is the main character too

  8. This is why Rockstar is one of the best game developers they do they’re own thing and don’t go with the mass like others go with FPS games where you shoot everything that moves because they are popular Rockstar takes risks and makes games like these witch actually look good and damn those faces look like real peoples

  9. Right that’s it, just preordered it from Zavvi for £32.85 (£37.85 – £5 voucher code, due to the recent price glitch episode).

  10. Groundbreaking.
