As we teased earlier when we posted the cooperative gameplay video, here’s more on Uncharted 3. This time we see the Hunters game mode in action. Another element of the multiplayer which is really starting to look like a killer feature for this game.

  1. Needs more crotch thrusting but im still looking forward to this and the Beta

    • this sucks it will not let me download it yet cause i already got the beta with infamous 2 last saturday

      • It hasn’t started yet thats why you can’t download it.

      • The beta starts on the 28th of this month.

        I agree, it definitely needs more crotch thrusting and also it seems a little frustrating that it takes so many shots to kill someone in game.

  2. GHAAAAA! MIRRORED COVER ANIMATIONS!!! WHYYYYYYYYYY!
    From the other video, this looks even more generic than Uc2. I hope at least the online is as good as before.
    And why is the colour palette so yellowish.

    • mirrored cover animations? what does that mean?

      • That means that when Nate is leaning to one side of the cover, he shoots with is left hand, and when he is leaning to the other, he shoots with his right hand. That causes glitchs when interacting with objects, in cover (for example, when reloading, he gets his ammo from the opposite side of his body (he has a magazine pocket in his right side, put when the animation is mirrored, he gets it from the left side); in Uncharted 2, rifle reload animations, when mirrored, caused the magazine to spawn out of nowhere).
        Yes, I am being very picky. I’m just trying to lower my expectations so the game can blow my mind away, and I’m not disapointed.

  3. Gonna pre-order the explorer edition as soon as I can. Cannot wait for this!

    • Same here. Will be the only special edition I have ever pre-ordered :)

  4. A few 2-per-team modes. I like that. Will be important to find a good partner.

    • Yes, except I have no friends with PS3. I’m pretty much the only person I know that plays video games excluding COD and Fifa, except my brother – but we use the same console… I wish they would implement split screen like they did with portal 2 so I might get to try it..

      • they have already comfirmed split screen…

  7. One thing I loved about uncharted 2 was the way all of the characters seemed to be engrounded in the enviroment, the way they moved and such. Some games break the immersion by making characters look like they are sliding around the floor while their legs move but I must say uncharted 3 has really hit the nail on the head. It looks perfect.

    • Or break immersion, by adding characters from games with zero connection to the created world, chimera (cough.)
      I wish they would stop adding unrelated skins, but it’s extra £$€. Just seems wrong, all that work of getting mp to look & feel like the campaign world & then throw phelps & sackboy in.

      • These days I wouldn’t be surprised to be squashed by Noby Noby Boy mid-game in Uncharted!
