Remember all that fuss last year when Insomniac games announced they were going multi-platform?
It’s been suspiciously quiet since then but we will find out exactly what the fuss was about at E3 – Insomniac have updated their Facebook with the following message:
We are excited to reveal our brand new universe and game during the EA Press Conference on Monday, 12:30 PDT, on SpikeTV
Will it be a new FPS? A platformer? Your guess is about as good as anyone as Insomniac – unlike many other developers – are totally leak proof.
My money is on an eight player co-op Cowbell Hero style game.

which is ridiculous if you ask me, so long as they’re still supporting the ps3 then what’s the problem?
at least i haven’t seen any idiotis “i’m going to boycott your games on ps3 because you’re supporting the xbox” lines.
because giving them less sales on ps3 will make them support it better. o_O
anyway, any insomniac game is worth checking out, so i look forward to seeing what they’ve got.

What fanboys never seem to get is that Insomniac are a business and a good business move is making your game available across all platforms. Personally i don’t care whether developers move multi plat as i would like people to experience most games. I still like to keep a few exclusives as companies need to compete.
