BioShock Gets Move, Comes to NGP

Ken Levine, creative director at Irrational Games, walked on stage to announce that BioShock Infinite will feature Move support, after a lengthy anecdote about how Sony changed his mind about the controller.

Then, producing an NGP from his pocket, he announced that there will be a game on the way for it, set in the BioShock universe. This should be very interesting, and it looks like the NGP is being supported well enough and in a variety of ways, for it to be a solid, successful console.

Tretton then went on to mention that those who buy BioShock Infinite will get the original Bioshock for free, on the same disk. That’s two great games for the price of one, on one disc! That’s the power of Blu-ray for you.

  1. Ah, this was the most annoying guy in the conference. Like a camp version of Dustin Hoffman’s Rainman character. Dear god, he took ten minutes getting to the most simple point too.

Still, thankfully, the game looked utterly wonderful and their risk at setting it in the clouds seems to have paid off already. Beautiful from start to finish.

  2. This is brill. The PSVita is going to have a stellar lineup.
Infinite look good from what I have read and seen of it so far.
