NetherRealm Studios has released a new trailer for MK9’s upcoming DLC. This time, we are introduced to Rain’s storyline and how he fits into the tournament. We also get to see more of his super roundhouse kick in action. That move is just too awesome.
Rain is scheduled to release on July 19th for the PS3 and Xbox 360.

It says at the end of the trailer new combatants coming this summer? Does that mean we are going to see more DLC characters or does it mean Rain and ???? do you think?

That’s a good question. I want to assume it’s just Rain and then the forth unknown one. Who knows! Seems like all the DLC has been very well received so far, so maybe they will keep up with it.

and at £4 a character it is astounding value for money.

Well it also shows the kollectors edition at the end, which seems pretty dated, so they’ve probably been sitting on this since before the order of the dlc was finalised

Bit the bullet and bought kenshi and scarlett yesterday, didnt want to wait around for the non existent psn season pass anymore. Bought them quite late so not had a chance to try em out yet.
