Ubisoft’s upcoming Ghost Recon: Future Soldier isn’t so far into the future. The game is set in the near future, using bleeding edge tech to outfox your enemies.
But the future isn’t as far away as you’d think, Ubisoft has confirmed (via Eurogamer) that they’ll be releasing the third person shooter on March 6th in the US. We would imagine that translates to a 9th March release in the UK.
It’s looking very good indeed so well worth keeping an eye on, if you think your bang-up-to-date shooter urges will have recovered from Battlefield 3 and/or Modern Warfare 3 by then.

Judging by what I played at EG this year, the gameplay is a country mile better than that seen in GRAW2 :) Co-op campaign should be awesome

About time really! The distance between game announcements and getting it on the shelf is becoming far too long these days. I’m looking forward to the co-op.

Considering how many delays this has had, I seriously doubt March 6th/9th will be the final release date. Looking forward to it though.
