Sly Collection Releasing Separately On PSN?

It seems that Sly might be heading the way of Kratos. No, I don’t mean he has developed a sudden hatred of his father, rather his HD Collection looks like it will be spilt up and sold individually over the PSN.

PEGI ratings have been spotted for Sly Racoon, Sly 2: Band of Thieves and Sly 3: Honour Among Thieves, and they have all occurred this month.

Having played the HD Collection I can safely say that all three games offer a good slice of old school platforming, and are well worth checking out.

  1. Question is: Will the three seperate PSN releases cost more than the disc with all three on?

I am speculating yes (as it is often the case).

    • Yeah, but some people might only want one of the games… So it’d be good for them

      • Oh, absolutely – If you played one or two of the PS2 titles, it may be a no-brainer (dependant on price of course!).

However, if you are like me & haven’t played any, then it’s probably still going to be better to grab the disc versions.

  2. Other question is: will this be a complete waste of a monthly full game download for my PS+ account like the megadrive seperate releases were?
