PS3 Exclusive ‘The Last Of Us’ Gets Teaser Trailer

Well well well, it seems Geoff Keighley has decided to give us a teaser of the upcoming exclusive PS3 game that will be announced at the VGAs. Titled ‘The Last of Us’, the trailer is a montage of riots, quarantine zones and the like, and seems to be voiced by the narrator from Bastion.

Another video on the official site is just of an ant on a leaf.

Feel free to go wild with speculation. AAAAAAH!!

  1. Neogaf is speculating that it’s a game called Until Dawn by one of the God of War studios “SCE Santa Monica”. Apparently, there were a few fleeting glimses of it in some early Move promotional teasers.

(there’s a few screen grabs from the Move teasers in there aswell)

  2. Almost certainly this: http://www.thesixthaxis.com/2010/04/07/sony-trademarks-new-game-titles/

    Move-based zombie shooter.

    • If thats it i’m kind of disapointed. Alarm bells are springing up of just another zombie shoot em up

  3. ….interesting…

  4. check the tags, “cordyceps” refers to a fungus http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XuKjBIBBAL8

  5. Yeah I hope it is not a zombie horror/survival game.
Would prefer it if it was centred around the world’s economy falling and there being a massive fallout kind of.

  6. Please not ANOTHER zombie game.
Let’s hope it’s something totally different, one week and we’ll know it!

  7. Reminded me of Homefront when I first saw it, that happen for anyone else?

  8. Im going to take a gamble and say this is the next Qauntic Dream game. Seems very moody.

    • I was going to say the same thing.

    • Would love it if it was that.

  9. I’m always up for a new exclusive :)

Although this whole announcement thing was just weird, I mean an ant, really?

I don’t thing zombies have much to do with ants either.

  10. Nicely done. If it is a zombie thing i’d love for it to be in the tone of the Walking Dead rather than a splatter house. More emotion i say!
