Tecmo Koei has announced that the first editions of Ninja Gaiden 3 will contain demo codes for Dead or Alive 5, entitled Demo Alpha Version. The demo versions will differ between PS3 and Xbox 360, with the PS3 version getting the characters of Hayate and Ayane, while Xbox 360 owners will get Hitomi and Hayabusa.
There is, however, an option to get access to all 4 characters but you’d have to buy Ninja Gaiden 3’s Collectors edition, which will contain Dead or Alive 5 Alpha Demo Premium, a figure and other items yet to be revealed. The Dead or Alive 5 demo will not be available outside of Ninja Gaiden 3.
Ninja Gaiden 3’s Japanese release date has also been confirmed for 22nd March 2012. We’d expect the release date for Europe and North America to be around the same time.
Update: NG 3 will be released in Europe on March 23rd.

Nice bonus. I have no intention of playing Ninja Gaiden 3 (those games are way too frustrating for a newb like me) but I cannot wait for the new DOA :D

Actually, i played NG3 at eurogamer & after playing the previous 2 (& enjoying them, but never actually completing them!), i can confirm that the 3rd in the franchise is a hell of a lot more accessible than the previous 2.
Best of all? What i played was really enjoyable. :)
The wife even had a go & went on to defeat the first boss. She doesn’t even like hack ‘n slash.
