The last couple of months there was nothing for me, this month there’s loads.
Can’t remember Noble Racing, will have to google it.

Far Cry 2 for free still wont be enought to tempt me back to that Glitchy mess. Tried for the platinum and attempted 3 different play throughs and all of them glitched on me. Never again.

That’s all I’m getting mate, and maybe the theme too – the PS2 list is pony, and mainly aimed at kids.

No they not they’re for everyone with at least a tint of respect for art styles.

10 of them wouldn’t even be aimed at kids especially Maximo.

Guess I don’t have any respect for art styles then.

Furthermore, Meet the Robinsons’, Chicken Little and Disney Princess aren’t exactly up there with the best PS2 “classics”. As for art styles, why not Okami, Ico, XIII, and even Herdy Gerdy is more artistic than some of this crap.
And A Train 6, Noble Racing and Road Trip Adventure aren’t exactly on par with Gran Turismo, GTA, FF, etc. I wouldn’t have wanted to play many of these games on PS2, so I certainly don’t want to play them now.

Would like to give Move Street Cricket a punt, but know nothing about it to be honest. Just the ME3 demo for me then.

I think the number of PS2 games avaiable are nice, most of them aren’t shovelware and a liitle of the Disney games could be decent like Quack Attack.

Likely what I’d say is the best or least worth risking to play from the PS2 games.

   A Train 6
   Arcade Classics Vol. 1
   Cel Damage Overdrive
   God Hand
   Maximo
   Maximo vs Army of Zin
   MX World Tour
   Neo Contra
   Seek & Destroy
   Skyscraper
   SSX On Tour
   Swords of Destiny

Yeah, but the ‘classics’ title is still being abused (like PS1 ‘classics’) for the most part though.

There are probably 2 (maybe 3) that might even come close to being classic. Most of them though, no.

       ..and?

Many of them aren’t classics or well known brands, it depends on quality of gameplay and design.

Yeah, that’s exactly what i am saying – The classic title is misleading (in most cases) to those who haven’t already played the game, potentially leading them to believe it is better than it actually is.

       Sympozium 15/02/12, 14:09

Ah… it is misleading, same with the PS1 classics, maybe they should just rename them to simply PS1/2 games

Yeah, for what it’s worth, i agree.

Just call ’em PS1/2 games & leave the ‘classics’ title for the HD remakes (as they seem to be much more liked & revered).

I think that there’s been a slight error with the listing of The House of the Dead III pricing. :P
At least, I hope there has…
