EA Partner With SOG, Produce Medal Of Honor-Inspired CQC Weapons

SOG, an American firm hailed for its premium range of knives and multi-tools has teamed up with EA to create some cutting-edge memorabilia. Inspired by upcoming Danger Close sequel, Medal of Honor: Warfighter, SOG’s armoury now includes a combat blade, a multi-tool, and even a Tomahawk based on the one used by returning operative, Voodoo.

  1. They are just asking for trouble arent they? Video games get blamed for violence all the time and they go and make a MOH Tomahawk??

    What a stupid, stupid move.

    • I agree to an extent. It won’t get a round of applause from campaign groups, but I’m sure SOG already have plenty of business in the States.

There could have been other ways to pop some cash in the Project Honor program, but at least this is something a little different.

  2. YOU’ve played the the game, now experience what it’s realy like to kill someone. for just 75 bucks this to could be yours!!!!

  3. They made allot of these videos with their partners. Really good set of vids actually. Don’t know if I’m allowed to post the links to their YouTube vids…but I’ll post a few for those interested.

You can see the rest of them on their channel.

  4. Did i just hear Fox and the Daily Mail have a massive orgasm due to this being more ammo to use in their “war” to demonise gaming and gamers? As i can see it happening. Fox will probably go with EA are training your kids to kill people whilst the DM will go with the same.

But the big question is, will the tomahawk have day -1 DLC and be missing the handle if you don’t pay for the collector’s edition? Actually, i shouldn’t joke about this as i may be giving them ideas. :S

  5. After the poor reviews of the last MOH, you’d have thought they’d be spending more time producing a better game, this second time round, rather than fannying about with knives

  6. I dont go by reviews, they’re bullshit, best way to judge a game is buy actually playing it yourself, & MoH was a pretty decent game. Fanny about with knives :O
