Sony’s gamescom line-up, mentioned yesterday, is looking strong. In addition to hopefully having plenty of games available to play at the European event, TheSixthAxis (and others) have been invited to get hands on with a few titles that might not make the show floor.
These, as we’ve mentioned already, are:
- PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale
- Call of Duty Declassified
- Assassin’s Creed III
- Soul Sacrifice
- The Unfinished Swan
- Dust 514
- The Last of Us
- Wonderbook: Book of Spells
There’s also an update on LittleBigPlanet 2 which we understand to be a demonstration of the Vita/PS3 control functionality mentioned during SCEA’s E3 press conference.
There’s also discussion of two unknown titles that are also up for us to take a look at (and we certainly will be doing). PSU is stating that one of them is a Move title, and the other is from Japan Studio, which we can confirm from our schedule. Recent games from the latter include Gravity Rush and Patapon, and they’re also behind Soul Sacrifice.
Despite claims to the otherwise, we’ll also be sampling Beyond: Two Souls.

Tokyo Jungle?
Alex C
Could be, aye.

Didn’t it say somewhere that the last two games have not been anounced yet? Surely they know that the internet does not stop at country borders, which means that they know that we know about Tokyo Jungle.
I really hope it’s not Tokyo Jungle… :(

please please please please please let it be so although that means more waiting and I want to play it now

Assuming the Move game isn’t just Super Dance Turbo X, it could be the mystery ‘Move action project’ from Studio London that’s been rumoured for a while now.
Alex C
Almost certainly.

Small request. I know I can find this myself, but could you maybe mention the date of gamescom? including the BST time of Sony’s conference, maybe at the end of the article?
I’ve read a few articles now rumouring what will be in the presentation, and I’ve thought “when is it though?” then been sidetracked and forgotten to google it.
Just a small request :)
