A quick update for any Auraxians eagerly waiting for a beta invite: Sony Online president John Smedley has confirmed that the long-awaited beta for PlanetSide 2 will go live on Monday, 2PM GMT.
Sign-ups are still open. For those not in the free-to-play ring, PlanetSide 2 is an epic-scale online shooter in which three player-run factions compete around the clock for territory and resources.

Same here, but I won’t be too phased if I don’t get in. For something this huge, I’m sure the first few days will be a bit hectic. Mind you, DUST 514 held up nicely.

There are a lot of hopes riding on this game. This is what many people have been asking for a long time to have so expectations are high. I really hope I get into the beta I signed up a while ago but also got a code with my copy of PC Gamer so im pretty much guaranteed in thankfully.
