Looks like SuperDaE, the guy that’s been leaking information and images on what’s apparently a next-generation Xbox development kit, has shoved the said hardware (and software) onto auction site eBay, presuming ending their role as source of future leaks.
The unit is labelled as a “Microsoft XBOX Durango Development Kit” and apparently comes with all the required cables. You can check out the action here.
At the time of writing there are six days remaining, the current bit being just over $5,000.
If this is real, Microsoft will want this back under their control. If it’s fake, well, we’ll know soon enough whether all these stories and images (including what appears to be a demonstration of Kinect 2) were worth all the headlines.

Looks…ambiguous…

So, i guess Sony and Microsoft will be trying to outbid each other on this.. ;)

Looks legit, if I had the Durango kit, I would make a new account and not show the actual picture because Microsoft would obviously get the listing taken down and eBay will ban my account.
Then again, could be fake, who knows……

Sold for $20,100 (roughly £12,800 currently). Hope for the buyer’s sake it was genuine. *waits to see feedback*
I’m sure waiting for the next xbox to be released is much healthier for a person’s wallet (although this is a developer’s kit apparently, so it would naturally be more expensive).

Not sure but the “This listing was ended by the seller because the item was sold.” looks different to the usual EBAY message. Almost looks like the vendor cancelled the auction before it ended

Well a hefty sum was made out of that (if it was genuine and the auction wasn’t ended) be very interesting to see what follows from this. Presumably Microsoft won’t be particularly happy to see that all over the net?

It’s been sold for a whopping US $20,100.00
That’s a lot for what could be a fake
