Square Enix Unveil TGS 2012 Line-Up

This year’s Tokyo Game Show is just a few weeks away and publishers are starting to come forward, giving fans a heads-up on what to expect. One of the first in line, Final Fantasy publisher Square Enix, has recently posted a list detailing the entirety of event line-up:

  • Bravely Default (3DS)
  • Final Fantasy III (PSP)
  • Sleeping Dogs (PS3/360/Windows)
  • Call of Duty Black Ops II (PS3/360/Windows)
  • Hitman Absolution (PS3/360/Windows)
  • Final Fantasy XIV (PS3/Windows)
  • Lord of Vermilion Re:2 (Arcade)
  • Gyrozetter (Arcade)
  • Otome Break! (iOS/Android)
  • Demons Score (iOS/Android)
  • It’s a Wonderful World Solo Remix (iOS)
  • Symphonica Grand Maestro (iOS)
  • Emperor’s Saga (GREE)
  • Galaxy Dungeon (GREE)

The one to watch? Well, we’re already thoroughly acquainted with Hitman, FF XIII, Sleeping Dogs and Black Ops II, leaving Bravely Default as the only title which has yet to wow us. Developed by Silicon Studio (3D Dot Game Heroes) this turn-based RPG boasts a superb art style, not to mention plenty of voice acting and an in-depth job/class system for players to experiment with.

  1. Forgive the stupidity, what on earth is GREE?

  2. Symphonica Grand Maestro… seems intriguing and still hoping… Theatrhythm FF gets ported to iOS.

  3. No vita love ey, why is FFIII not on vita not that I care that game not my cuppa

    • Still is on Vita though?

    • hoping they have 1 or 2 surprise Vita announcements coming.

  4. Got confused as to why BlOps2 is there. Apparently Squeenix publish it in Japan. Who knew…?

  5. Hoping for FFX HD.

  6. god dammit still no final fantasy versus T_T

  7. Looking forward to their FFXIV:ARR demonstration. Unfortunately no sign of FFvXIII or LR:FFXIII… I hope FFIII for the PSP is compatible with the Vita. Might wait for the OUYA port, though.

  8. Pumped for TGS, wish I could attend this year.
