Splinter Cell: Blacklist will see the return of the Spies vs Mercs gameplay mode, as can be seen in the video above. The mode pits two teams of four against each other, with the Spies having to hack terminals and the Mercs having to stop them.
The game is due in August.

The Spies Vs Mercs mode in Chaos Theory was awesome.
My friend brought round his original Xbox and a 36″ CRT TV just so we could play it via System Link. It was some of the best fun I’ve had in competitive multiplayer.
