During an interview with DualShockers, Sucker Punch’s Nate Fox has seemingly hinted at a PS Vita game based on the inFamous franchise.
“Right now we’re only talking about the PS4 game,” says Fox, “I’d love to tell you about any Vita related titles when, or if the time comes.”
It’s quite obvious he is choosing his words very carefully and trying not reveal any secrets.
inFamous is one of the last big Sony franchises that have yet to appear on Vita. Uncharted, Resistance, Killzone, LittleBig Planet and Ratchet & Clank have all made their portable debuts so a handheld outing for inFamous is long overdue.

Wold be pretty cool to see this happen I’ll differently pick it up, maybe the VITA game could bridge the gap between Infamous 2 & Second Son or it’s just a spin-off either way I’ll take it.

I enjoyed the first inFamous and Festival of Blood, but didn’t think much of the second game. Be interesting to see what they could do on Vita, as Second Son looks like the best looking PS4 game at the moment.

Really how come you didn’t like infamous 2, I thought it improved everything that was wrong with 1, like it became brighter, cole felt smooth control etc and no 101 million shards to collect dam you shards ruined my platinum

Not really sure why, I must of played about 2 hours, and didn’t like the new set of enemies you had to take down.

Kinda the same here. I can’t explain why, but the second episode doesn’t feel that great. Maybe it’s the set. For an electric guy, having so much water around doesn’t make sense. Cole is made for big cities with huge buildings to climb (like they did for Second Son again).
Even if the PS Move is a great addition, it’s so comfortable to aim with the Move! But still, something feels wrong with this episode (and strangely, Festival of Blood is better).
Anyway, if there is a Vita episode, I hope it’s the missing part between inFamous 2 and Second Son! I wanna know what happened to Cole.

inFamous is my favourite franchise, jointly with Bioshock and Fallout, so a Vita version could make me re-buy a Vita, but second son takes priority.

Yes please, would love something in the Infamous universe on Vita.
And with the new direction of multiple people with powers there is plenty of scope for something unique story-wise.

Well, some other big titles are missing, and it’s even a shame from Sony after a year. Where is God of War? Two episodes on PSP, and nothing on Vita yet?

As long as it’s:Vita exlusive and not farmed out to some 3rd party to do, colour me keen.
1st game was good, 2nd was superb and loved Fest.Of Blood.
As for God of War, own all the games now, bar last one, but already feel series been done now, nothing more to give.
