Now that the game is a lot more stable and actually works the majority of the time, Rockstar have revealed the details of some of the upcoming GTA Online content, including the first add-on and the content creator, which will all be arriving for free.
Firstly, they’re rolling out the GTA$ stimulus package, but are making sure that they’ve fixed the game progress loss issues before distributing it to everyone (and then having to give people a million GTA$ instead of 500K). There will be a title update next week with a few more fixes, but then the cash should be distributed fully.
The Beach Bum Pack is the first bit of add-on content for the game, and will arrive early next month. This brings brand new beach-themed vehicles, as well as new weaponry for Online and story mode. There’ll even be new customisation options for your character, including tattoos and hair styles. New Jobs will be added, which will be strewn across the beaches of Los Santos and Blaine County.
They’re still planning the debut of the Content Creator this fall, which will allow players to create, play and rate custom deathmatches and race Jobs. If they’re outstanding, Rockstar may even feature them, adding a “Rockstar Verified” tag.
Also starting in November, they’ll be hosting special Social Club Event weekends, which bring special bonuses and rewards, including in-game crate drops and discounts, as well as a Rockstar hosted livestream.
They’ll have more word on other upcoming content – including online Heists and a Capture The Flag mode – as well as initial details on more additional content next week.

I joined the TSA Crew and nobody shot me. that was a fair change. :D
then i couldn’t find a session with crew members. and honestly i believe that GTA online cannot be played without a friend. and don’t really have PS friends. and my real life friends don’t own a PS3
so the GTA Online experience is sort of barren for me. you really need a companion. and i don’t have a headset for the ps3 so that maybe is another downside.

99% of the time i play on my own, and the just invite people to missions, either by using the crew member invite, which invites everyone from the TSA1 crew, or you can use the skill match invite or even leave the job as ‘open’ then anyone searching the job can join, them may not exactly be ‘friends’ but it makes missions better.

i’d like to see some new clothing options, they have some cute little dresses in the clothes shops i’ve wanted to try on.
it’s kind of annoying that Trevor is the only playable character that gets to wear a dress. >_<
especially as he really doesn't have the legs to pull it off.
