Greetings and salutations, welcome to the only web based gaming news round-up that tried to get Monty Python tickets but then realised they aren’t doing anything new and it’s probably not going to be much good. On to the gaming stuff, starting with a trailer for PS4 puzzler thing, Tiny Brains.
News from the HR Department, John Carmack has left id Software and will now concentrate working on the Occulus Rift. “I wanted to remain a technical adviser for id, but it just didn’t work out. Probably for the best, as the divided focus was challenging,” he tweeted.
Also moving jobs is Corrinne Yu, principle engine programmer for the Halo team at Microsoft, she is now part of team Naughty Dog working as a graphics programmer.
Adding Brian Blessed to pretty much anything is a win, so here he is narrating a new trailer for Putty Squad.
Rumour has it that Telltale Games are working on a Game of Thrones game in which you repeatedly hammer X to assassinate your brother whist boffing your sister and flying a dragon in the nude. I’ve never watched the program to be honest, but that’s the sort of thing that happens I am told.
Another rumour suggests that Ni No Kuni 2 is development for the PlayStation 4, that probably doesn’t involve incest.
Xbox One has recognised a guest.
So the new consoles let you play games whilst they are downloading, which is cool, but they may have to rethink this option for open world games.

The creator of the Siren series does not know anything about a new game for the PS4, so looks like Sony Romania screwed up.
Assassin’s Creed Pirates will cost £2.99 and sets sail on December 5th. Personally I would have liked Assassin’s Creed Pilates.
