If you are not a fan of golf then why not amuse yourself by pressing play on the video above and shouting “Hello Sailor!” when the golfer whacks the ball and strikes a pose, it made me giggle for quite a while.

  1. Like DriveClub, but golf, and probably out sooner.

  2. Very disappointed Sony haven’t announced an Everybody’s Golf for PS4 yet. Hoping it’s just a matter of time. This looks very sterile and the commentary isn’t helping.

    • Yeah, much rather have an everybodys golf game.

  3. Agreed, Clap Hanz have been very quiet. Everybody’s Golf & Tennis on PS4 ASAP please.

  4. What’s “next-gen” about it? Visuals look like they’ve been pulled straight from a 360 or PS3, not pushing any boundaries in that department. Gameplay looks like it was ripped straight from PGA Tour, no boundaries being pushed there. All in all a sub-par golf game judging on what im seeing. I’d have given it the benefit visual wise and said it was in early stages but it clearly isn’t with the “in-game footage” boast at the beginning. I’ll pass.

    • I thought that too, look at the flag about half way through the video on hole 5. It looks like a moon landing flag. Either it is starched, or blowing a gale at a constant speed and direction.

    • Isn’t sub-par a good thing here? ;)

  5. Whoever they got to motion capture for the stance and swing has some serious golf flaws. It was cringe worthy – along with the voice over.

    • And why does the animation suddenly stop after the player takes a shot, could they not be bothered?

  6. I’ll pass on this simply because it looks as dull as the prospect of watching Villa V West Ham on Sky Sports.

  7. Whilst the animation of the golfer looks pretty shoddy, the course editor video on their website looks absolutely amazing. As long as the controls are decent I’ll definitely be buying this purely for the infinite courses.

  8. i actually think this looks rather good it’s a buy for me i think.

  9. If you want a rock solid golf game wgt.com on your browser is hard to beat and its free.
