A couple of weeks ago we announced the TSA FIFA Ultimate Team Competition. We had loads of entries, nearly all of which were for PS4, so apologies to the three of you who wanted to enter this on PS3 but this competition will only run on Sony’s latest hardware.
Though we weren’t completely sure of the direction the competition would take, we had a ton of interest, which has been enough to completely fill a large full 32-man competition. However, it’s not too late to put your name in as, in the event that some people drop out, we will want backups to fill the spots.
The format will be the same as the UEFA Champions League. Starting next week, each team will play the other teams in their group twice. There are three points for a win, one for a draw and none for a loss. The top two teams from each group will progress to the knock-out stages. In the case of points being tied when all games have been played, the team to progress to the knock-out stages will be decided firstly by goal difference, then by results between the two teams. If the teams still can’t be separated then it will go down to a random draw.
Prizes for this tournament will be as follows:
- Overall winner will win 150,000 FUT coins
- Losing finalist will win 80,000 FUT coins
- Both losing semi-finalists will win 35,000 FUT coins

While we’ve tried to mark those whose PSN IDs match with asterisks and put differences in brackets, we don’t have everyone’s PSN ID for sure. Before these games are played, what we need from each of you is your PSN ID so your opponents in your group can invite you to a game. Please provide us with your PSN ID in the comments section below or as a reply to the previously sent out emails no later than 6pm on Sunday 6th April. After that point, we will look to replace unknown entries.
An article will appear on TSA on Wednesday 9th April informing you all of your fixtures for the week and going into greater detail about rules, so don’t play any of your matches until after then!

Mine is correct as Pixel_nme but as explained to Teflon/Stefan in a email where having a lot of issues with our ISP and maybe in the middle of changing provider at the start of the comp,Because of the issues with our current ISP it looks like it won’t be a smooth transition to our new ISP and there could be downtime of several days,as I say I’ve explained the full situation to Tef and said if they want to remove me that’s fine or hope everything is sorted around start time I’ll leave it up to the TSA team ;)

Wel,l I’ve just sent invites to the other participant from group 7. Blackredyellow as we know is a gaming god on 66 platinums so pretty good at everything, nidasbym appears to only play FIFA so probably a genius at it and Pocono is a bit harder to make a judgment on from his profile so probably a dark horse. Anyway you look at it I’m fucked ;)
