GTA V is set to be re-released on the PS4 later this year. This new edition will take full advantage of the PS4’s power, which will likely allow for a smoother framerate and further draw-distance. Rockstar have added new details in the game for players to discover, but these have not yet been outlined.
Players who already own a copy of GTA V for the PS3 or Xbox 360 will be given the option to transfer their online progress from their last generation console to the PS4, meaning there’s no need to start from the beginning should you not want to.
We gave GTA V for the PS3 a score of 10/10, and it looks like this new edition will be more ‘unmissable’ than ever.

If anything, I’ll transfer my Xbox 360 save to the PS4 since I like to keep my PS3 save on PS3.

Yes you can. Since your data is saved in the Rockstar Cloud servers, you can transfer your Xbox 360 or PS3 data to PS4, Xbox One or PC, regardless of platform.
