Ubisoft are currently in the middle of a three part series of developer diaries that offer a look into where they got some of their inspiration for Far Cry 4.
Part two sees a couple of the minds behind the game trek deep into Napal, which is where the fictitious country of Kyrat is located in the game. There’s no gameplay footage, but it’s an interesting peek behind some of the research required to build such a large and wild video game world, and it also shows some of the post-civil war difficulties currently being experienced in Napal, which will be a part of the game’s plot.
In case you missed part one, we’ve added it just below. Please be warned that there is a scene involving an animal sacrifice. The act isn’t explicitly shown but some viewers may find the scenes surrounding it to be disturbing.
Far Cry 4 will be launching on November 18th for both current and last-gen PlayStation and Xbox consoles, as well as PC.
