Images leaked over the weekend reportedly show a first proper look at Telltale’s upcoming Game of Thrones adaptation. The developer, best known for The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us has yet to comment on the veracity of the screenshots posted.
They show a number of characters as they appear in HBO’s television series, including Tyrion, Cersei, and Jaime Lannister, as well as Magaery Tyrell and what looks to be Ramsey Snow.
Though yet to be confirmed as real, they at least look the part, conforming to Telltale’s gritty cartoon art style. Even the HBO cast members look convincing in all their virtual glory.
Telltale has been drip-feeding fans with info over the past year, recently coming forward with some solid details on the project. Game of Thrones will launch as a six-part series on all major platforms including PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Mac, and PC.
We also know that the game will be set between books three and five with talk of a second game series on the cards. This first series, however, will centre around one family who reside just outside the northern stronghold of Winterfell. Players will swap between family members as they pursue their own ventures within Westeros, their journeys ultimately overlapping.

I’d be more interested in hearing from Telltale when they’re going to fix the save import issue from season 1 to season 2 on PS4…
