Then PSN is throwing a hissy fit again with some users unable to sign and those that are may find they can’t get into multiplayer games, Bungie have already tweeted they are investigating the errors.

According to the official status page the network is up but there is “Intermittent Connectivity” due to the high volume of traffic. It doesn’t appear to be DDOS attack at the moment so if you are signed in, stay signed in.

I know what happened. I’m not going to say aliens as that would be silly. It was Gremlins. They seem to hate Sony at the moment and will be a minor annoyance to them by disrupting their online gaming network untill Sony gives them food after 12am. Or someone turned off the server after accidentally uploading half a Terrabyte of cat videos. It’s a very easy thing to do.
