GTA V Patch 1.10 Out Now, Fixes Graphical Issues On PS4 & Xbox One

Still doesn't look as good as the PC version.

Last week, Rockstar updated Grand Theft Auto V and it had the negative effect of messing up the visuals, with car collisions, occlusion mapping, and even texture pop-in being much worse off as a result. Just check out the video below to see what we mean.

The latest update has fixed all of these graphical issues, and the patch notes are as follows:

  • Fixes graphical issues on PS4 and Xbox One introduced after Title Update 1.08. For details, please seethis article.
  • Corrects an issue where some players’ character appearances would change periodically
  • Fixes an animation issue where another player aiming on your screen would not play the correct animation

I dont think anyone would ever expect it to :)

DF reported that the framerate was improved massively (especially at Junctions) since the 1.08 patch, does that mean the stuttering is back. Personally i would rather lose the eye candy you can barely see for an improved frame rate.

  2. Just played GTA tonight and my character was very much himself once more. Also, nice to see the other stuff sorted out although we didn’t really notice anyway but thankfully the media was all over it like rabid dogs to tell us how Rockstar had been out in the streets punching children and spreading disease. That’s what happened right? :-)

  3. All i want is the hydra in SP :(
