Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Is On Its Way For PS4, Xbox One, & PC

Square Enix currently has a live stream going on related to a new game reveal, with the Twitch channel itself called Can’t Kill Progress. People have been throwing out suggestions of what is related to, but it looks like the mystery has been unravelled early as GameInformer has announced Deus Ex: Mankind Divided for its April issue.

The title for the game makes sense as a clear divide is evolving in the Deus Ex universe with augmented humans seemingly a danger to unaugmented ones. Human Revolution introduced Adam Jensen, a security officer who received augmented limbs following the events of the beginning of that game, and he will also be making a return as the protagonist for Mankind Divided. The events of this latest entry take place two years after Human Revolution

Some screens also leaked earlier which you can see below.

  1. This reminds me, I really should get around to finishing Human Revolution.

  2. TAKE MY MONEY!

    • Posted too soon… I loved Human Revolution to bits. Give me this, with larger environments, deeper storyline and plenty of customisation options for weapons and augmentations and I’ll love it!

I’m pretty much already sold on it unless something massively disappointing is revealed just before release. WOOO!

  3. Hurray, about time! I should go back and play through the first one again, really.

  4. Given Square’s recent activity with Tomb Raider and a supposedly leaked document stating they’d look to farm out their western franchises for security I refuse to get excited about this till I don’t see a ‘Oh, by the way it’s exclusive to Xbone/PS4 now’ announcement at E3. Call me cynical if you like but after TR I don’t trust ’em.

  5. Deus sucked, wasted my £25 on the last one. I know I don’t have to buy it but just putting it out there

    • I wouldn’t say it sucked, but it was far too sneaky sneaky for my liking.

Being an agent type dude with cybernetic type enhancements should have made me feel all powerful & like a badass.

Instead I was just stuck hiding behind a bin.

      • You can just blast your way through if you develop your character that way later in the game – just not right from the start.

      • Ah, ok – That for me was a flaw then. Should have been able to play like that from the beginning.

All the videos & screenshots I saw were people punching through walls & stuff & it looked great. Didn’t expect to be scurrying around like a rat in the actual game.

      • Yeah i did two playthroughs to plat it. First one was a sneaky mc’sneaky and the second was just been a badass, blasting my through. The only downside to the game i found were the boss fights, they just seemed tacked on and no real thought put into them. I really enjoyed DEHR so interested to see what this has in store.

      • Yeh that’s what I meant just couldn’t find a way to put it down ha!

  6. Woah!
